Site Suspended by AdWords? Get it Fixed
Do you have ads that have been marked as “Site suspended?” To protect our users, we won’t show ads that point to a site until it follows our policies.
But if you can fix the problems on your site, we may be able to run your ads. First, you’ll want to find out why it was suspended.
If your site was suspended, you’ll typically get an email from adwords-noreply@google.com. The email will let you know which policies your site violates and will have a link to more information
You can also enable the “Policy details” column on your account’s Ads tab to see which policy your site violates.
Click the link in that column to learn what you have to do to meet those requirements.
Once you understand the policy, you’ll want to make the necessary changes to fix the violation. The steps you’ll need to take will vary, so read the specific policy for details on what changes you might make to your site.
Keep in mind that not all policy violations can be fixed. There are certain types of websites that we won’t accept in order to protect our users. If you can’t fix your site or if you choose not to, we unfortunately won’t be able to run your ads that point to that site.
Once you’ve made the necessary changes to your site, you’re ready to request another review.
But make sure not to submit your sites for another review until you’re sure you’ve fixed all the violations. This is important because having your ads or sites repeatedly disapproved for violating our policies can cause your AdWords account to be suspended, preventing all of your ads from running.
If our review shows that you fixed all policy violations, we can re-enable your site and approve your ads to start running again.
We review most sites within 3 business days, and we’ll email you once we’re done.
