Do you only want your ad to show on certain days or during specific hours?

Then use Ad Scheduling to control the specific days of the week or times you’d like your ad to appear to potential customers.

When you use ad scheduling, your ads will only be eligible to appear in auctions that take place during the days and times you specify.

Then you can set bid adjustments to increase bids for specific days and times that are more valuable to you, or decrease bids for days and times that are less important to your business.

Keep in mind that custom ad scheduling is available for campaigns with “All features” enabled.

So, now let’s look at how to use Ad Scheduling for your AdWords campaign. Want to follow along in your account? Click the Try it Now button to start.

To begin, go to the campaign you’re making the changes to.

Make sure you’ve selected a campaign with “All Features” enabled.

Go to the campaign’s “Settings” tab and select “Ad Schedule”.

Then click the red “Plus Ad Schedule” button.

Next, click the “Create Custom Schedule” link and choose the days and/or hours of day you want your ad to show.

Because I don’t want my ad to show outside of my business’ operating hours, I’m going to set my schedule to show ads Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm,

When you’re ready, click Save.

And that’s it! Ready to create a custom ad schedule for your AdWords campaign?
